His passions include improving the lives and well-being of the residents in his hometown of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Moll is constantly meeting with other industry professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and researchers where the exchanging of ideas is the constant topic of these discussions. He believes that implementing models that are already known or in current practice is not the way to move forward in creating new systems that will ultimately lead to the betterment of human life.

Jorge Moll’s implementation of his company’s mission statement applies not only to the work he is involved in but also with his personal life as well. He stresses the need for the next generation of professionals to constantly be looking for new solutions. Adhering to previous practices does not spur intellectual thought and if an idea is not working, it is best to move on to the next one. When asked about addressing failure, Jorge Moll recollects on his past of not achieving the results he desired in a time frame that constituted the effort that went into it. He believes that from failure comes the knowledge of understanding what strengths and weaknesses were utilized and how applying these techniques going forward will often yield a different result.
