Painted using Citadel and Folkart Acrylics over a Montana Gold Shock White spray undercoat.

Washed and drybrushed this to give it a more realistic feel than my other recent kits. I think I will be returning to the realistic weathered effects for my future kits as I prefer the finish.

In hindsight, part of me feels I should have left the shoulder seams alone. I tried to fill and resand them but the cement did something very odd to the basecoat, resulting in a weird kind of rubber slime that was very hard to sand off. I did okay, and decided in the end I wasn't going to give up on a decent pose for the kit just because it would show the slightly dodgy underside of the right shoulder, as we all make mistakes. What I was happy with here was I managed pretty well with removing the seam lines from the thighs and shins, and I'm very happy with how the F91 inspired colour scheme turned out on the Kyrios.
