Alright, here is how I did it. First, I used some model glue. Then after about an hour when it gets smooshy and goosh, I close the parts tighter together. Then I let it dry for thirty-six hours, just to be safe. Then, I sand! If you are familiar with this kit, you may have noticed that I added extra panel lines to it. They are on the shoulders and on the claw/hand parts!
It's interesting, but the sanding trick only works if you use 800 grit sandpaper. Stop touching your kits until we get the Strike Freedom done. I'll teach you how to do a sandpaper MS later if you wish, but for right now you need to learn to paint. I'm not saying your kit Z'Gock looks bad, but this is part of that "overdoing it" thing smeagolthevile was telling you about. By the way the Gustav you did does look good.
