I never watched Turn A so I tried to watch the movies to get some ideas but the movies were pretty confusing. In the end I went with a more peaceful setting as it seemed appropriate for the series.
The kit was done with metallic gold and silver undercoating. All the colours are Tamiya clear colours, and the white the Tamiya Gloss White. I was torn on whether or not to add panel lines as I was unsure if it would suit the metallic finish. In the end I decided to leave it. I let the kit sit for a few months and now I think I might want to try light gray panel lines... again, still not sure.

The paint fits well with the kit. The blue paint is a vocal point(atraction point)of the kit. the orange draws out and guides the eyes away from blue. So I say that the blue plays a key roll in the kits paint scheme.
very nice one! the metalic red/orange parts fit rly good witht the white armor, better than original color for me! but it doesnt fit with the blue chest :/ for my taste this kit got far tooooo many panel lines, so id let some of them stay unpained.
