But i have friend who extremely obsessed with naruto. He even practice the naruto's style like bla...bla...bla ninjitsu or something like that. so what about your country? are some of the kids obsessed with naruto or else ,like harry potter?

robofreak 01/05 21:55		Here's a neat trick. dip the back of your brush into a jar of water. When you pull it out of the jar the remaining water on the handle will drip off. Instant dropper! Just be sur you know how fast the water is dripping off of your brush before you start adding it to paint:)

robofreak 01/05 14:27		I would add at least 3 drops of water to the mithril silver. Any more than that and it will be useless. I'm going to reccomend that citadel metalics be used for drybrushing for the most part. They are great for internals and battle damage. Take a look at my MG Strike Freedom again and read up on how I did the internals with Citadel paint. I've also got a MG Zeta plus C1 in the works that you'll want to see once it's posted. That one will show how I used Boltgun metal and Mithril silver to add to the frame.

robofreak 01/05 09:32		Those paints require only water to thin. I don't know what you plan on doing, but I actually figured out how thick each of the different colors were and added water to the pot. That way, they are ready to go at a moments notice.

robofreak 01/05 09:29		Before you start handpainting stuff on Gundams, I want you to practice on some warhammer figures. I know they're expensive, but they're worth every penny for the knowledge you'll gain. I reccomend the Warhammer 40k figures because you will be able to learn a lot about weathering vehicles and other useful stuff.

robofreak 12/31 10:23		If you go to Gamesworkshop, you should pick up some miniatures to practice on. I'm going to reccomend the Warhammer 40k Battle for Macragge set. For $45 US it a good deal and it will teach you the neccessary basics for Gundam weathering. The miniatures are also really cool and if you want to see mine just ask.

robofreak 12/31 10:19		Do you have a gamesworkshop near you? In my opinion the citadel acrylics are best for hand painting figures. I'm also a fan of the Model Master Paint brushes. They will last you a long time if properly cared for. The size brush I typically use is 0 along with a couple of other smaller sizes. Go to your hobby store and look for the model master brushes, you should be able to find what you need from there.

robofreak 12/14 22:45		Chaos, do you have any idea on when they are going to start sending out the semi-final prizes? My brother is driving me nuts while waiting for his PG. I need some quiet and I'm hoping they send him something asking for an address to mail the thing to. I don't think he really understand exactly what is involved in putting one together. I myself have only assembled 3 PG's. (I think I enjoy torchoring myself with them) I just know that if he does'nt shut up about the thing, I might have to duct tape him to a light post or something:)

robofreak 11/29 18:10		Eva-04 comes as a prepainted kit. As far as LM-HG kits go it's a total nightmare. In order to do the seam lines properly it needs to be stripped in a bath of 409. I won't be able to get mine done until after Christmas. That's why I have no love for Eva-04:)

marioman 10/15 19:22		I see it now. my camera decided to be mean to me. If you saw the model up close you would not see that. It's pixel corruption from my camera. And the torso is fine, it's just how the picture turned out. For some strange reason, I can't get it to take a picture without that thing on the shoulder that looks like a nip mark. I think it's time to send my camera in for repairs cause it's starting to do stuff like that to all of my photos now. I assure you that the shoulder is quite smooth and nip free.

chaoszero 10/11 09:48		it was on the shoulder thruster thing it was only one and i must say you did better then me on my first kit! i envy you in a way too because you paint your kits with spray cans. I have yet to do anything to do with spray cans.

marioman 10/10 17:04		Question for ya. Where did you see nip marks on my model???? I sanded all of the seams and nip marks out of my model before painting even began.
