The car is only big by a smidgen. Remember, the height of the pilot is the size of the chest piece and that is a large van. I like the idea, your water and boat are done very well... it just seems like the bridge isnt realistic enough. It looks like some old hotwheels bridge toys I used to have. The wire frame is good, in the future, look up real life shots of collapsed bridges for examples.
