ah...I just check your impulse clean line. but sometimes it's hard to correct it if the parts are painted. Yours impulse is not and is easy to clean off by thinner or marker remover.
Suggestion for legs: If you're panel lining white parts, gray would be much better than black. Also, after filling in the lines, try rubbing over the top with your finger or maybe a wet Q-tip (I find finger works the best as long as the piece is unprocessed with sanding/painting/coating) and you'll be left with thin, clean panel lines. Check my MG Force Impulse if you're not sure what I was talking about.
I was asking myself too about the line panel if it's alright to go ahead before I start. it somehow turn out too strong as you suggest. Anyway, I don't know the title of the leg part. But it was a DC RPG game on year 1999 and its call FT-ZX-07 Impulse-7 after i check my Hobby Japan 11/1999. its made by WAVE.
I really like the legs too plus awesome beam picks on the beam rifle. The panle lines are a tad strong for my tast but doesn't stop me from enjoying this kit. Keep posting...
