I was a little skeptical about this kit seeing as i would not be bale to paint it much due to the special gloss injection parts. I even resorted to some of the decals which i honestly hate putting on. ALthough i did not use some of the decals. Painted the eyes myself by hand, painted the antenna because that foil decal wud have been a nightmare. Also painted the red gem on the forehead a clear red instead of decal. Also painted green GN strip to the GN Drives. Panel lined very lghtly with red pen so it not very noticeable. Comments and suggestions are very welcomed =D

Haha, nice kit ^_^ This thing's a beast xDD. Might have to get myself one at some point. Have you tried taking photos of these with a solid colour behind them? Because your kits are great, it'd be awesome to focus the photos of them in on the kit itself more. I find it tricky myself, what I do now for mine is flip the plain cardboard half of their boxes onto it's side and weigh it down inside with two candle-holders either corner so I have a solid off-white backdrop behind the kit, then take photos with my camera sat ontop of an upturned coffee mug. It doesn't cost anything and it helps keep everything steady.

Just wondering, what paint did you use for the orange on the V-fin? Not too shabby a match with the molded plastic orange, though I think a little more yellow added to it would have made it better. I really like the red panel lining idea, I just wish I could see it better. And I think some scribed panel lines would make a kit like this look really nice. How well does the plastic react with the paint? Does the gloss plastic sort of restrict the way the paint sticks?
