 d20designs, hope you like the Gouf and the Blue Destiny. As far as the battle damage, I use a dremel tool for large puncture wounds and various burns. For more precise scrapes, I find a hobby knife works best.

 I really like this one. A little more care is needed on the paint and I saw a few gaps. Over all getting better...
